Foster Pets for Soldiers Overseas

There is a foster network for soldiers deployed overseas who need foster care for their pets while they are gone. Soldiers are asked to show proof of vaccination and spaying/neutering and then they are matched up with a foster home for their pets. By fostering a pet for a soldier overseas, the soldiers will be able to get their pets back when they get home.
